Part ONE: Does my computer work and is it up-to-date on Windows?
Make sure you are up to date on "Windows Updates"!
To check, go to the "Start" button and choose the "Gear Icon" or "Settings", then "Windows Updates" and "Check for Updates".
If you have MANY updates, let them download and install. Restart your computer and REPEAT until you are up-to-date.
